Business and Work Lunches!

Order your lunches from BE Catering! Everything is made fresh and to order, we use only the finest, freshest ingredients, with lots of variety! Delivery and pick-up of dishes is free within Peterborough.

Sandwich platters consist of assorted sandwiches, wraps and buns with a variety of fillings, deli and roast meats, and vegetarian options. Here are some of BE Catering favourites:

• Flour tortillas filled with either grilled chicken breasts, grilled steak or vegetarian – hummus or baba ghanoush, mixed greens, avacado, tomatoes, roasted sweet peppers, grilled zucchini, cheese and sprouts.
• Meditteranean chicken wraps with grilled chicken, greens, feta, sliced grilled red onion, cukes , tomatoes and garlic taziki
• Curried turkey salad on multigrain with sprouts, black forest or honey maple ham with Swiss on marble rye, roast chicken and roasted peppers on buns with lettuce and aged cheddar, egg salad with chives on white, solid white tuna with cheddar and tomato on croissants, sockeye salmon salad on brown with sprouts
  

Lunches are served with your choice of:

• Green Salad, New Baby potato salad with mustard and herbs, Mediterranean
• Pasta Salad or Caesar salad with sour dough croutons
  Vegetable Tray with Sour cream herb and chive dip
• Or your choice of seasonal soup, inquire about your options.
  

Lunches Include:

• Assorted homemade cookies, tarts and squares or fresh fruit platter, Assorted beverages
• Plates, cups, cutlery, & free delivery in the city of Peterborough

Prices:

• $ 9. 50 per person – includes sandwich & wraps, vegetable tray or soup or salad, beverages, and dessert.
• $10. 50 per person – with two choice options i.e. soup & vegetable tray or add coffee
• $ 12. 50 per person – with everything i.e. soup, salad and vegetable tray

Hot Lunches (These need to be ordered at least a day in advance of your meeting)

• Vegetarian or beef Lasagne with choice of Caesar or green salad, buns and butter, dessert, and assorted beverages
• Homemade quiches with a beautiful array of ingredients, choose from ham & Swiss, bacon or vegetarian with braised leeks, sweet peppers, sliced herbed tomatoes, asparagus, sautéed mushrooms or broccoli. Quiche comes with a field green salad with citrus vinaigrette, nine grain honey rolls with butter, beverages and dessert or fruit.
• Herb grilled chicken breasts, sliced and plattered with cucumber raita, served with salad (potato, pasta, green or Cesar), nine grain honey rolls with butter dessert and beverages

Prices: All of the above lunches are $13.50 per person plus taxes. If rental dishes are required, an additional cost of $5.00 per person is additional.

All day business meeting packages

• Morning: Choose from a selection of fresh baked muffins, scones with jam, croissants, danishes, banana bread and fruit bread, fruit platter with assorted cheeses, coffee tea and juices
• Lunch: Choose an option from our Cold Lunch or Hot Lunch selection
• Break: Baskets of Elaine’s famous homemade cookies, fruit breads, hummus and pita, feta and olive dip, cheese and crackers, beverages, your choice for this break!

Prices: $16.50 per person with a cold lunch selection, or $22.50 with a hot lunch selection
